This stick is great for Rio-style repique playing with one hand and one stick. It’s shorter than common drumset and snare drum sticks, making it well suited for playing fast rhythms on repique. Slightly conical at one end. Macaranduba is heavier and more durable than marfim or hickory. Sold individually.
