Extremely satisfied with Customer Service. I was having issues finding the Chicken & Pumpkin Samba at various websites so wondered if it was in stock. The person put me on hold and then returned requesting she call me back which she did within an hour stating it was in stock so I ordered it shortly afterward. Their products rate very well at cats.com so very happy with the quality of product and customer service.
