Description Golden Pheasant Skins are no longer available from China but we can still get plumage such as these Golden Pheasant Body Feathers from Hareline. Many classic salmon and steelhead patterns use these feathers but so do classic patterns such as the Carey Special or the Carey Bugger. The Golden Pheasant Body Feathers are useful as collar hackles, streamer cheeks, wings, and tails. It is an essential feather for the General Practitioner Steelhead fly pattern.
